Rademakers Foundry BV taken over
On 11 January 2017 Rademakers Foundry was sold by Ballast Nedam to Triacta. After the takeover of Ballast Nedam by Renaissance Construction the focus of Ballast Nedam has shifted much more towards the core business of construction, and the sale of Rademakers is a logical consequence. Together with Rademakers, Triacta has also taken over TBS Soest from Ballast Nedam. Rademakers is the primary supplier of castings to TBS.

Triacta is an independent hands-on investor who sees good chances to improve the volume and thus the performances of Rademakers. Triacta also wishes to take a major position in the drainage market. As a result, the synergies that will arise will have a positive effect on the volume and hence on the turnover and the continuity of Rademakers.

Triacta, in particular, sees the huge potential in the other markets in which Rademakers is active. By investing in the manufacturing process in the coming years our quality level and efficiency will further increase. The combination of synergies within the group and investments in the production enables Rademakers to play a leading role with an exceptionally stable and healthy basis in a challenging and competitive market.

Quality

At Rademakers Foundry, delivering quality products is paramount. We are ISO-9001:2008 certified and are currently working to achieve the ISO-9001:2015 and the ISO-14001:2015 certificate. We pay close attention to continuously improving and stabilising our business processes.
