Design and engineering 

At Rademakers we are glad to work alongside our commissioning parties. Our experienced engineers have extensive product knowledge and support you in making the best choices in the field of creativity, material and design. That’s why, alongside your constructor, we develop an optimal casting.

We take a lot of the drawing work away from many of our clients so they don’t have to. Casting is an art in itself and requires specific process knowledge as early as in the design phase. We have this expertise in house and gladly make this available to you. We already take complicating factors such as the shrinkage factor and the stock allowance into account when entering your design into our CAD systems. This happens with ultimate precision and we take full responsibility for it. In addition, we use specialised software to simulate the casting process. So we can map out any risks beforehand and make adjustments if need be.

It’s our aim to produce your products as efficiently as possible, so you as a commissioning party can always rely on an optimal price-quality ratio.

Models

During the casting process we make use of models. You can choose from different materials such as plastic, aluminium, brass or bronze. In addition, the complexity of the design and the optimal set up of the mould base are of interest. The best solution for the models of your assignment depends on several factors. We are happy to advise you in this.
