Project management plays a major role in our organisation. From the moment that we get an assignment to the delivery, several steps have to be taken. During this process your order is carefully processed and in accordance with fixed protocols. Our employees at the different departments guide the production process of design, engineering and test products to the eventual production.
Proces optimisation
At Rademakers we strive to optimise our own production process. If something can be done more efficiently we do so. We constantly look for opportunities to improve ourselves. As a client you will see this through our reliable processing, the consistent quality of our products and a cost price in line with the market.
Cost engineering
As a commissioning party you don’t want to pay too much. We take this into account during our production process by, for example, working smarter. We are open to co-engineering and partnerships with suppliers and commissioning parties. How can we reduce your cost price? What adjustments can we implement in your design or in the process to make the product even more attractive to make for you in terms of cost price? Our engineers will gladly work alongside you to achieve these goals.
